Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Sales Console provides a supervised team that conducts outreach (voice calls, email, and SMS) on your behalf, plus analytics and CRM integrations. You approve campaigns before they go live. Plans are billed by lead volume as described on the pricing page.

2. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to contact the leads you upload, comply with applicable outreach law in your jurisdictions (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR), and review campaigns before launch. You may not use the service for deceptive, illegal, or harassing outreach.

Test numbers. You may register up to three phone numbers that you own or control as test numbers so you can test your team on your own devices. Calls and texts to a registered test number are exempt from the outbound protections we apply to leads, including calling-hour windows, quiet hours, Do-Not-Call screening, consent checks, cooldowns and frequency limits. By registering a number you confirm that you own or control it, you consent to automated and AI-generated calls and texts to it at any hour, and you agree not to register a lead's or any other person's number. AI disclosure and recording notices still apply to test calls.

3. AI disclosure

Agents identify as representatives of your company. Where law requires disclosure of automated or AI-generated communication, the platform enforces it and you agree not to disable it.

4. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Access continues through the paid period. The first 30 days on your pipeline and any startup discount apply as described at signup. A 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first paid month.

5. Ownership

Your data stays yours: leads, transcripts, and playbooks. We own the platform, models, and software. You grant us a limited license to process your data to operate your account and to derive anonymized, identity-stripped aggregate patterns that improve the service.

6. Disclaimers

Sales outcomes vary by market, list quality, and offer. Metrics on this site are plan facts, platform capacity, or sourced third-party benchmarks. Customer results are labeled as such and are not a promise of your results. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
