• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

4. Compliance & Guardrails

While our Guardrails Engine is designed to prevent non-compliant behavior, you are ultimately responsible for the actions of your AI agents. You must configure your agents to adhere to your specific legal and ethical standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salescreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
