1. What we collect

We collect account information (name, email, company), lead and prospect data you upload or connect via CRM, conversation data the team generates (call recordings, transcripts, emails, SMS), and usage data about how you use the product.

2. How we use it

We use this information to run the team, improve models on your account, provide cookieless aggregate analytics, and deliver support. The marketing site sets no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner. Page analytics are aggregate and anonymous. Your data is never sold and never shared with other customers. The shared Global Brain learns only from anonymized, identity-stripped messaging patterns (names, companies, amounts, and links removed) that have already proven effective, never from your leads, transcripts, or content themselves.

3. Security

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is role-based and logged. SOC2 Type II certification is in progress, not complete. See the Trust Center for details.

4. Call recording & consent

AI agents identify themselves as representatives of your company and disclose they are AI where the law requires it. Call recording and outreach follow applicable law, including TCPA quiet hours and Do-Not-Call rules. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for the lead data you provide. Phone numbers you register as test numbers (up to three, attested as your own devices) are exempt from those outbound protections so you can test your team; we keep the attestation, who made it and when, with the number.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. GDPR and CCPA data-subject requests are honored, including deletion of prospect records on request. Email privacy@aisalesconsole.io.

6. Data retention

Conversation data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where law requires longer retention.

7. Subprocessors

We use vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, telephony, email delivery) under data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
