Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account information (name, email, company), lead and prospect data you upload or connect via CRM, conversation data generated by your AI agents (call recordings, transcripts, emails, SMS), and usage data about how you interact with the platform.

2. How we use it

To operate your AI sales agents, train and improve your account's models, provide analytics, and deliver support. Your data is never sold, never shared across customers, and never used to build other customers' agents.

3. Security

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is role-based and logged. SOC2 Type II certification is in progress. See our Trust Center for details.

4. Call recording & consent

AI agents identify themselves as representatives of your company. Call recording and outreach follow applicable law, including TCPA quiet hours and Do-Not-Call compliance. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for the lead data you provide.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. GDPR and CCPA data-subject requests are honored, including deletion of prospect records on request. Email privacy@aisalesconsole.io.

6. Data retention

Conversation data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where law requires longer retention.

7. Subprocessors

We use vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, telephony, email delivery) under data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
